Abstract
This study analyzes the process of implementing the Integrated Mobile Court Service with the agenda of the integrated session of itsbat nikah and child origins in Madiun City, and the fulfillment of rights for women and children after the integrated session of itsbat nikah and child origins is carried out. The method in this research is juridical-empirical, namely by paying attention to the extent to which the law can be applied in community life, conducted using structured interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is the implementation of the Integrated Mobile Court Service with the agenda of the integrated itsbat nikah and child origin trial in Madiun City starting with the community registering the case through Dispendukcapil, file verification and file registration by Dispendukcapil at the Religious Court, file verification by the Religious Court and KUA, summoning the parties, trial process, reading the determination, and receiving documents. This activity guarantees legal protection for women and children through recognition of marital status, guarantees of the civil rights of wives and children, and the right to have an identity. The suggestion that researchers can make is that the community should be given more understanding regarding the urgency of marriage registration and the benefits of the mobile court integrated service program.
