Abstract

Tegar Satya Rahma Jaya. The Influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion and Financial Technology on the Financial Performance of MSMEs in Madiun City. Thesis. Economic Education Study Program, PGRI MADIUN UNIVERSITY. Supervisor (I) Dr. Novita Sari, S.Pd., M.Pd (II) Dwi Nila Adriyani , S.Pd., M.Pd This research aims to: (1) determine the influence of financial literacy on financial performance, (2) determine the influence of financial inclusion on financial performance, (3) determine the influence of financial technology on financial performance, (4) determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, financial technology on financial performance. This research is included in quantitative research with an associative causal research type, the population in this research is unlimited MSMEs in Madiun City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample size of 96 respondents. This research uses data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that (1) partially there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on financial performance of 53.6% (2) partially there is a positive and significant influence of financial inclusion on financial performance of 23.1% (3) partially partially there is no positive and significant influence between financial technology on financial performance (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy, financial inclusion and financial technology on financial performance of 57.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables which are not explained in this research.
